One its of many celebrations is the Hawley Harvest Hoedown, a festival that recognizes the oncoming autumn season and commemorates traditional activities. Rockktoberfest at Hawley Silk Mill
An autumn festival is never complete without a taste of delicious craft beers. On October 5, Hawley Silk Mill will host its own Oktoberfest celebration with a Beer Garden. Local breweries will attend to share their tasty and unique crafts with you! If you’re not too fond of craft beers, Cocoon Coffee House provides their own brews that are definitely worth trying as you participate in the festivities!
Settlers Inn Pumpkin Carving and Storytelling Dinner
Over 100 pumpkins carved by professional artists adorn The Settlers Inn each year, and you’re invited to come and see them for yourself! Afterward, the Storytelling Dinner will serve fresh in-season foods as you listen to the tales of nationally acclaimed storytellers.
