1. Ledges Hotel
Ledges Hotel in Hawley is a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat while you listen to live entertainment any time of year. John Curtain is their featured performer Thursday nights from 6-9 p.m. You can also enjoy new local and regional musicians each Friday.

The Blue, Brews, and BBQ event at the Ledges Hotel serves up BBQ favorites, tasty local craft beers, and great local talent every Sunday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 2. The Settlers Inn
June 27th through August 29th, guests will enjoy a rotating line-up of live Jazz on the Deck every Wednesday at Settlers Inn in Hawley. The best part? There is no cover charge! The covered deck is also open every day for outdoor dining and features summer menus highlighting local farmers and producers.
3. Wally Lake Fest
Any good festival features great local music, and Wally Lake Fest surely delivers! This annual summer celebration features live music throughout Hawley, including at The Settlers Inn, Ledges Hotel, & The Dock on Wallenpaupack. Of all these concerts, one of the most popular is Wallypalooza. Bands perform on a floating stage in Lake Wallenpaupack! You may choose to watch from the shore or kayak up to the stage and enjoy the hours of free music! No matter where you are or what you’re doing, you won’t be far from great tunes.
4. Silver Birches Resort
There’s nothing more fun than enjoying live Poconos entertainment at the Silver Birches Resort. Whether you’re enjoying a meal at The Dock on Wallenpaupack or indulging in the happy hour, Lake Break at the Pub, you can expect live entertainment on Fridays, Saturdays and on Sundays on our deck. Listen to music from local bands, grab a drink, and simply relax. We have regular bands stopping in on Friday nights as well as a lineup of performances each month. 5. Sherman Theater
If you’re willing to make the hour-long drive from Hawley to Stroudsburg, PA, we promise the journey will be well worth it! The Sherman Theater is one of the most popular music venues in the Poconos and is widely recognized as a symbol of leadership. They drive economic development through entertainment and event management by leveraging the combined power of sound, business practices, and community engagement. The 1,250-seat capacity theater will be welcoming many artists and bands this year including The Bacon Brothers, Black Label Society, and Cedar Green. Don’t Miss Open Mic Night at Cocoon Coffee House
The first Friday of each month is Open Mic Night at Cocoon Coffee House located at Hawley Silk Mill. Whether you want to hear live music or perform, stop by between 7-9 p.m. the first Friday of the month to enjoy a variety of artists and musicians.
Annual Events and Music Concerts
Milford Music Festival
Held each year at the end of June, the Milford Music Festival strives to fill the streets of nearby Milford each year with music (performed by more than 30 bands), food and sidewalk shopping. Past performers include Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter Vanessa Carlton.
Wildflower Music Festival
This annual event has been running for 35 years. The Wildflower Music Festival is held each Saturday in July and August in the natural amphitheater at the Dorflinger-Suydam Wildlife Sanctuary. This is a great event for enjoying live music in an incredible outdoor setting. Bring a blanket, chair, and a picnic basket and settle in for an afternoon of music.
Wayne County Creative Arts Council Summer Concert Series
When summer comes around, the Wayne County Creative Arts Council launches its annual summer concert series in Honesdale’s Central Park. This is a wonderful opportunity to listen to live music in an outdoor venue. From fiddling groups to barbershop choruses, this entertaining event has a little something for everyone to enjoy.
Don’t Forget to Visit Hawley Silk Mill
Hawley Silk Mill has been a vital part of this community since its construction in 1880. Its many incarnations over the years have included a silk factory, a textile factory, and antique center. Never has it been more vibrant than today. The vision for the repurposed factory is to have a center that celebrates the lifestyle of the Pocono Lake Region – a place for the residents and visitors alike to shop, gather, eat, exercise, and learn.
