If you’d like to see our region’s beautiful fall scenery up close, embarking on a hike through the wilderness is ideal. You’ll find many incredible and challenging hiking trails, some of which can be found just minutes from Hawley, PA. The Shuman Point Hiking Trail is located on the northeastern corner of Lake Wallenpaupack and sends visitors on an unforgettable journey through dense forests alongside the water. If you’re interested in a longer trek, there are also several waterfall hikes scattered throughout the region that provide fantastic opportunities to take postcard-worthy photos.

Hawley Harvest Hoedown
On October 13, 2018, our charming town of Hawley will celebrate the start of the autumn season with the Hawley Harvest Hoedown! This family-friendly festival features a plethora of fall activities including hot cider tastings, live entertainment, contests, demonstrations, and more. Carve pumpkins with the kids, enjoy horse-drawn carriage hayrides, or shop for unique items among the arts and crafts markets. Whatever you decide to do, you’ll be sure to make memories with your loved ones that you’ll always cherish. Be sure to stay for the festival finale, a fantastic bluegrass and folk concert at the Ritz Theatre.
Hawley Silk Mill Rocktoberfest
