In addition to pastry cases filled with house made croissants, muffins, biscotti, sticky buns, cannoli, cookies and cupcakes– Cocoon Coffeehouse and Bakery offers a selection of dairy products, eggs and meats– all locally sourced. The one-stop shop offers customers the chance to enjoy their favorite fresh-brewed coffee while supporting organic, sustainable farmers and food companies. The cozy coffeehouse also has shelves stocked with pantry staples such as honey, jam, pasta sauce and olive oil- all sourced within 200 miles of the Lake Wallenpaupack region. Find German sausages, smoked ham and cold cuts from Alpine Wurst and Meat House. There are specialty cheeses from Calkins Creamery. Handmade from farm fresh milk, varieties may include cheddar, American Havarti and Baby Brie. You can even pick up a snack for your four-legged friend. Dog treats are made in-house from all-natural ingredients.
