Approximately 3,000 acres in size, Promised Land State Park is a utopia for outdoor winter activities. This season, the 50 miles of hiking trails will transform into a winter wonderland. 3. Eagle-Watch With the Delaware Highland Conservancy

The Delaware Highland Conservancy is a non-profit organization based in Hawley and Bethel, NY that is dedicated to land protection. Usually held in January and February, the eagle-watching tours transport visitors on a heated bus to some of the area’s most popular viewing locations.
