About Cocoon Coffeehouse & Bakery
The Settlers Inn, one of Hawley Silk Mill’s sister properties, was the starting point for our hospitality group’s baked delights. The baked goods that were served at the inn quickly became a guest favorite. Some of these treats included birdseed bread, toffee pudding, and pastries. In order to satisfy the popular demand for our delicious baked goods, we expanded the service to the Ledges Hotel, Cocoon Coffee House, Silver Birches Resort, and the Dock on Wallenpaupack.
